MOTHER EARTH Series is a cherished group of drawings and paintings that represents her love and passion for mother nature. This piece is part of the juried portion of the event. This fundraiser is personal for me. I was born in Oregon and will always consider myself an Oregonian. The wildfires have brought me deep sadness, and nothing has been harder to read about than the young boy who died with his family dog. Heartbreaking.
I am offering anyone who donates to the Oregon Humane Society, one of the organizations assisting with animals displaced by the wildfires, a free Mother Earth print created from one of my paintings.
